Manage daily office operations and facility liaison tasks, oversee dynamic seating with OfficeSpace, handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, maintain supplies and conference room reservations, greet visitors, assist with office setups, and support attorneys while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Support development and delivery of legal project management initiatives for large firm engagements: scope, plan, monitor budgets, build matter templates and tracking tools, analyze financial KPIs, implement technology and process improvements, and produce client and internal reporting.

Provide specialized immigration paralegal support for NIV and PERM matters, preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM applications, RFE and audit responses. Manage client communication, case tracking, document preparation using Word/Outlook/INSZoom, prioritize tasks, and support attorneys to ensure timely, accurate filings and excellent client service.
