Provides administrative and operational support for a credit review program, including monitoring review plans and issue resolution, quality control testing, follow-up activities, document and policy management, meeting coordination, quality assurance, and audit support.

Designs and operates an Infrastructure-as-Code platform using Crossplane, Helm, Kubernetes, and GitOps. Builds reusable Crossplane compositions, resource definitions, configuration packages, and production Helm charts for self-service cloud provisioning. Integrates infrastructure validation, policy enforcement, testing, drift detection, and CI/CD workflows. Troubleshoots Kubernetes and infrastructure delivery issues, supports platform reliability and on-call operations, and creates documentation for internal engineering teams.

Provides commercial lending and client support by processing, reviewing, funding, and administering loans; maintaining loan, collateral, and deposit records; resolving exceptions; processing payments, wires, overdrafts, and credit-line withdrawals; preparing documentation and reports; and coordinating with bankers, underwriters, attorneys, title companies, insurance providers, and operations teams.

Supports commercial banking clients and Relationship Managers through loan, collateral, deposit, overdraft, and account servicing activities. Maintains portfolios, resolves exceptions, coordinates loan due diligence and closings, processes credit line transactions, and communicates with clients and external professionals. Extracts and transforms data, produces reports, and uses banking and visualization tools including nCino, Salesforce, Power BI, and LaserPro.

Develops and manages commercial banking relationships involving lending, deposits, and treasury management. Advises business customers on financial strategies and recommends appropriate products and services. Generates new business through networking and community outreach while ensuring adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements.

Supports wealth management advisors by managing client relationships, account openings and maintenance, documentation, transfers, reconciliations, service inquiries, compliance processes, and operational workflows. The role involves prospective and existing client contact, referral coordination, data integrity, issue resolution, and participation in client or marketing events while ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Owns strategy, pricing, profitability, lifecycle management, and governance for treasury management products. Leads pricing optimization, ECR strategy, account analysis, product development, analytics, regulatory alignment, and client experience initiatives. Partners with Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, manage product performance, support pricing negotiations, and develop executive reporting and business cases.
