The Senior HR Generalist will support HR operations, partner with branch management, address employee relations, manage recruitment processes, and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Design, develop, test, and maintain control system software for electro-mechanical and industrial processes. Integrate and select I/O, debug source code, collaborate with engineering/R&D, and follow version control and documentation best practices. Travel to NJ 1-3 days weekly.

Prepare and submit customer invoices per contract, reconcile billing to revenue forecasts, support month-end close, resolve disputes, liaise with IT and vendors, maintain billing quality and customer relationships.

Design, integrate, and improve automated robotic systems for production and test environments. Create CAD models and fabricate fixtures, develop and debug PLC and PC-based control code, integrate sensors and vision, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, document designs and tests, and support reliability and throughput improvements in office and lab/warehouse settings.

Support and maintain test systems for consumer electronics, analyze requirements, generate documents, configure systems, troubleshoot, and report software bugs.

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Manage staff, enforce policies, meet KPIs, support P&L forecasting, labor planning, and process improvements. Use WMS and other systems to track inventory and performance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, resolve escalations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Provide accounting support for the Foundation and Office of Catholic Education: manage day-to-day financial operations for the Strategic Planning Assistance Team, prepare and review financial reports (balance sheet, cash flow, budgets, actual vs budget), produce monthly reports, gather school financial metrics, oversee staff accountant(s), ensure confidentiality, recommend process improvements, and prepare data for directors, vendors, banks, and auditors.

Manage HR operations for one or more branch sites, handling employee relations, investigations, payroll updates in UltiPro, talent assessment, manager coaching, training recommendations, people metrics, and implementation of HR policies to support branch leadership and operational efficiency.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, handling confidential communications, arranging domestic and international travel, and partnering with executive teams to prioritize and resolve time-sensitive requests with discretion and exceptional organization.

Perform advanced testing, diagnosis, and repair of electronic components to the component level. Interpret schematics, use test equipment and soldering tools, follow ESD procedures, complete precise data entry, support and train other technicians, and maintain quality and warehouse safety standards.
