The HR Business Partner Manager aligns HR strategies with business objectives across venue operations and other business units. Responsibilities include advising leaders, managing performance and employee relations, supporting labor relations and union matters, ensuring employment-law compliance, improving HR processes, leveraging workforce analytics, and driving engagement, onboarding, retention, and change management. The role collaborates with HR centers of excellence and requires flexible availability, including possible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Leads strategic relationships with Sphere’s official brand partners, overseeing sponsorship fulfillment, partner inventory, activations, reporting, upsell opportunities, renewals, and long-term partnership growth. Coordinates across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Production, and Client Services to deliver measurable results and exceptional partner experiences. Manages complex projects, executive stakeholder communications, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Coordinates the intake, validation, cataloging, ingestion, scheduling, and deployment of digital media across Sphere’s display, IPTV, and playback systems. Performs quality control, maintains asset documentation, conducts display-system inspections, assists with troubleshooting, and supports event and venue operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and at significant heights.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, events, documents, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate across departments, maintain confidentiality, organize logistics and itineraries, support executive communications, archive documents, improve processes, and handle ad hoc company initiatives. The role requires flexibility, discretion, strong organization, and occasional travel, including availability outside normal business hours.

Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization for Sphere experiences, using demand analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking. Develop pricing frameworks, partner with Data Science and cross-functional teams, implement pricing across ticketing platforms, monitor performance, and present recommendations to leadership to maximize revenue.

Lead day-to-day revenue management and yield strategy for Sphere Experiences. Build forecasts, demand and booking analyses, pricing and inventory optimization, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize event revenue and venue utilization.

Support corporate accounting with monthly and quarterly close activities including journal entries, balance sheet and P&L analysis, reconciliations, departmental reporting, audit and tax support, and process improvement initiatives.

Partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership to design and improve cross-functional workflows, manage time-tracking and capacity planning, build SOPs and dashboards, provide data-driven staffing and budget insights, drive alignment across teams, and recommend tools and automation to increase operational efficiency.

Design and produce original, scalable experiential and motion content across brand, marketing, and immersive platforms. Develop identity systems, storyboards, animatics, pitch decks, and production-ready motion designs. Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to research, ideate, and execute visual concepts for environmental, digital, print, and merchandise applications while meeting fast-paced deadlines and adapting to feedback.

Lead creative direction and execution for large-scale immersive experiences and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage cross-functional teams from concept through production, steward design quality, build client relationships, mentor designers, and deliver on feasibility, budgets, and brand objectives during a roughly 12-week, full-time onsite engagement.
