Design and deliver a MicroStrategy-based BI architecture aligned to client objectives. Lead mixed TD/client BI teams, advise DBAs/devs on physical data modeling and optimization, develop complex reports/analytics, mentor team members, and apply Teradata best practices on-site in Honolulu across multiple multi-week trips.

Manage and monitor Foodservice contract funding and compliance: set up and maintain contract funding components in EPM, monitor accruals and advances, ensure correct accounting treatment, support volume reporting and payment execution, coordinate with Sales, Planning and auditors, and improve SOX controls and documentation.

Maintain, update, and secure servers, databases, and installed server applications. Provide expert desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux to faculty and staff. Manage file shares, perform server backups, maintain IT asset inventory, configure and connect devices, monitor network and server performance, and respond to help desk issues.

Design, develop, test and support Enterprise Data Warehouse ETL solutions using Informatica. Integrate SAP data, build ETL packages, create test plans, document development, participate in deployments and lifecycle phases, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Perform site surveys and install preconfigured Cisco/Aruba network and unified communications equipment. Responsibilities include data cabling, rack-and-stack installations, tone & tag and punchdown work, cable testing, Smarthands testing/turn-up, and providing deliverables such as digital photos. Strong communication skills required.

Manage customer financial relationships, drive cash flow, analyze and resolve customer billing discrepancies, reconcile invoice and receiving details, use Excel and A/R/SAP systems, identify root causes and recommend resolutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
