Sells and cross-sells bank products and services to existing and prospective business customers. Opens and maintains accounts, identifies financial needs, develops commercial relationships, supports customer retention and growth, conducts follow-up and telemarketing, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies, ChexSystems, OFAC, and CIP requirements. Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, meet personal sales goals, promote customer experience, and participate in community activities.

Conduct residential and commercial appraisal reviews to ensure credibility and compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and bank appraisal policies. Work with stakeholders and approved vendors, assist the Chief Appraiser with complex reviews, maintain local market knowledge, deliver training, and support appraisal tracking and reporting processes.

Supports the Bank’s BSA/AML Compliance Program by reviewing currency transactions, managing CTR exemptions, completing and filing CTRs, assisting with SAR reviews, monitoring suspicious activity, tracking reporting errors, and responding to compliance inquiries. The role applies BSA, AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records, meeting filing deadlines, and supporting internal departments.

Evaluate and approve loans within delegated authority, review credit reports, assign loan grades, prepare memos on exceptions, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals, support branches on loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.

Manages a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develops relationships, and generates commercial loans, deposits, and other banking products. Supports center sales, service, budget, compliance, audit, CRA, and earnings objectives. Maintains existing relationships, identifies new business opportunities, participates in community activities, and manages personal sales efforts to meet center goals.

Supports credit risk analytics for the bank’s loan portfolio, including data analysis, risk assessment, stress testing, model maintenance, reporting, and data quality reviews. Assists with regulatory examinations, internal audits, COSO and SOX controls, process automation, system implementations, and credit procedure documentation. Acts as a subject matter expert on loan source data and collaborates with Credit, IT, Compliance, auditors, and regulators.
