Lead and build Courier Healths legal function: create scalable legal infrastructure, manage commercial contracting and data/privacy compliance (HIPAA), advise executive leadership on risk, partner cross-functionally, design legal intake and processes, and oversee outside counsel for regulatory and privacy matters.
