Plans and executes publicity campaigns for children’s and licensing titles, builds media relationships, writes press materials and pitches, coordinates author events and travel, prepares authors for media appearances, and collaborates with marketing, sales, editorial, and publicity teams.

Provides legal counsel on commercial transactions, technology agreements, AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and corporate governance. Drafts and negotiates SaaS, cloud, software, data processing, vendor, marketing, and partnership agreements; develops contract templates and policies; advises on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, data protection, incident response, and emerging technology regulations; and supports risk assessments, investigations, training, and enterprise governance.

Provides administrative support to the operations team, maintains records and databases, processes invoices and quotations, coordinates post and documentation, arranges travel, tracks inventory, manages rosters and payroll hours, and records meeting minutes. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills, along with experience in SharePoint, quality management, and corporate administration.

Implements and manages global system security strategy, conducts application and external security assessments, deploys and tests SIEM architectures, analyzes incidents, optimizes SIEM systems, automates incident prioritization, advises local IT teams, and integrates cloud SIEM with security and infrastructure data sources.

Supports a high-volume device configuration and bundling center through hardware and software troubleshooting, device imaging, testing, quality inspections, SAP support, and root-cause analysis. The role ensures configured devices meet customer specifications, documents inspection results, collaborates with warehouse, IT, quality, and customer teams, and contributes to process improvements and new configuration initiatives.

Supports U.S. compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, merit cycles, bonuses, market benchmarking, pay equity, benefits enrollment, leave and disability administration, compliance, reporting, audits, HRIS data maintenance, and employee inquiries. Partners with Payroll, HRIS, HR Business Partners, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain data accuracy, and improve processes.

Provides employee-facing support for health, welfare, retirement, leave, disability, and other benefit programs. Resolves complex enrollment, eligibility, claims, vendor, and policy issues; supports annual enrollment, orientations, acquisitions, audits, communications, and benefits administration. Partners with HR teams and vendors, assists current and former employees, maintains accurate confidential records, and translates benefits information between English and Spanish. The role requires occasional evening-shift support and at least two office days weekly.

Manages course development projects from scope through release, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery. Coordinates stakeholders, resources, documentation, schedules, risks, roadmaps, reporting, and issue resolution. Maintains project data and reports in QuickBase, prepares and releases modules across platforms, facilitates stakeholder meetings, and recommends execution strategies. The role also mentors Project Coordinators and supports accurate project archiving and platform management.
