Lead and manage a global key account, ensuring service levels across multiple business lines. Coordinate change requests and projects, monitor volumes and reporting, handle client inquiries, drive issue resolution, manage invoicing and payments, oversee P&L and financial forecasting, and lead a local team of 9–12 members while coordinating with global teams.

Coordinate and support strategic customer programs and new business initiatives across Operations, Procurement, Trade, Finance, and suppliers. Track milestones, prepare reports and presentations, develop dashboards and KPIs, support forecasting, pricing, supplier onboarding, and continuous improvement to ensure successful program execution and growth.

Support operational projects and RFPs by analyzing financials, markets, competitors, and processes. Prepare and present business and strategic reviews, create presentations for senior leadership, engage stakeholders globally, and drive decision-making for strategic supply-chain initiatives.

Support publicity campaigns for fiction and nonfiction across multiple imprints. Duties include pitching media and bookstores, coordinating author itineraries and travel, managing review copies and mailings, maintaining budgets and data entry, communicating with media and stakeholders, and performing online research and administrative tasks.

Analyze inventory movement and product velocity to optimize slotting. Generate reports, create SAP transfer orders, coordinate slotting for launches/promotions, execute inventory consolidations, track metrics, and collaborate with operations and warehouse leadership to improve space utilization and productivity.

Manage Foreign-Trade Zone compliance by preparing and filing customs documentation, monitoring FTZ inventory, coordinating in-bond movements, training staff, supporting audits and annual reporting, and recommending process improvements.

Supervise warehouse department operations, manage labor and equipment, ensure timely, accurate receiving/fulfillment, train staff, enforce procedures and safety, maintain inventory and WMS metrics, support process improvements and customer/vendor requirements.

Manage global key accounts in a 3PL/warehousing environment, ensuring service levels, driving issue resolution, coordinating change requests and projects, overseeing reporting, invoicing, P&L, and leading a local team of 9–12.
