Manage editorial scheduling, logistics, and metadata for Penguin Random House Christian (She Reads Truth) titles. Coordinate cross-departmentally (production, design, marketing, sales), maintain SAP metadata and critical paths, lead status meetings, proofread covers/copyright pages, and support subscription box offerings and reporting.

Manage mass client communications and digital engagement for Client Care. Develop communication plans and collateral, own communications strategy and operations, coordinate monthly newsletters, analyze communication effectiveness, advocate for client messaging needs, collaborate with Customer Marketing, and leverage AI to draft and personalize content with human review.

Lead all accounting functions for Arvato North America, ensuring accurate month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, IFRS compliance, internal controls, payroll, and indirect tax. Partner with finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting, support audits, drive process improvements and system implementations, and lead and develop the accounting team while collaborating cross-functionally to support business initiatives.
