Leads systems engineering for complex defense acquisition programs, including requirements analysis, architecture and design, interface definition, risk and configuration management, integration and verification planning, and technical documentation. Supports DoDAF and SOA architectures, JCIDS and certification/accreditation activities, security requirements, trade studies, operational concepts, and lifecycle system baselines. Provides technical direction and coordinates with government stakeholders, program teams, and senior executives.

Supports a DoD/IC program management office and leadership by monitoring program, initiative, and portfolio health across cost, schedule, and performance. Performs cross-program analysis, tracks 54 program components, identifies risks, supports cybersecurity hardening policy, prepares acquisition and program management documents, develops briefings, and reports findings to director-level stakeholders.

Perform systems engineering across the full systems life cycle, including technical design analysis, process-area deliverables, technical integrity, and quality assurance. Communicate with government stakeholders, program personnel, and senior executives while addressing technical issues and recommending design alternatives. Work must align with ISO/IEC 15288 technical process areas.

Design and develop automated test frameworks for applications and REST APIs, analyze requirements, create test cases, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects, verify fixes, and support Agile sprint activities. The role requires integrating software and hardware testing considerations, improving testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Tests and validates high-performance computing systems against requirements through manual and automated testing.
