Lead and manage design delivery for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and solid waste projects in West Florida. Provide technical leadership, oversee design documents and permitting, perform engineering analyses, ensure QA/QC, manage scopes/schedules/budgets, win new work, mentor staff, and support construction oversight. Lead stormwater and roadway drainage design for TxDOT and transportation projects, perform hydraulic and culvert/bridge analyses, prepare plans, cost estimates, reports, and permitting, mentor and manage a small team, perform QA/QC, and coordinate with multi-discipline project teams using specialized civil/hydraulic design software.

Lead roadway drainage design for TxDOT projects including bridge hydraulics, culverts, closed systems, ponds, erosion control, and permitting. Prepare plans, estimates, reports, QC reviews, proposals, and mentor/manage a small engineering team using hydraulic and CAD software.

Lead traffic operations, ITS, safety, travel demand and microsimulation analyses; develop signal timing, signing/pavement marking and ITS designs; mentor staff and manage scope, schedule, and budget; support integrated corridor management and field implementation of traffic signal timing and operations.

Lead technical delivery of industrial wastewater projects, applying physical, chemical, biological, membrane, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, thermal evaporation and crystallization processes. Conduct industrial hygiene field inspections, asbestos and lead surveys, air and mold investigations, exposure monitoring, sampling, and abatement oversight. Prepare technical reports, scope projects, support proposals, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, mentor junior staff, and follow OSHA/EPA/state regulations.
