Work is primarily office-based with up to ~25% site visits across Tennessee.

Configure and maintain GIS databases and BIM models for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project; ensure GIS-BIM alignment and digital twin support; provide application and PMIS (Kahua) support; maintain documentation and compliance with federal and GDC standards; participate in coordination meetings, QA reviews, and reporting for permit and construction compliance.

Lead roadway design projects including intersections, arterials, expressways, interstates and interchanges. Mentor junior staff, manage schedules and production, perform QA/QC, liaise with clients, prepare reports, calculations, and design documentation to ensure compliance with standards and safety.
