Design electrical systems for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). Lead IT strategy and roadmap governance for the Gateway Tunnel Project: maintain multi-year IT roadmap, ensure architecture alignment, manage roadmap projects, track delivery and risks, produce network and architecture diagrams, run governance forums, engage stakeholders, and improve reporting and decision processes.

Serve as senior technical and managerial lead for rail systems and track on large transit programs. Oversee planning, design review, construction oversight, commissioning, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, and mentoring to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
