Support civil and environmental permitting and design projects across energy, industrial, and transportation sectors. Develop civil engineering designs, perform hydrologic/hydraulic and site analyses, review regulations and technical documents, produce permit and construction submittals, mentor junior staff, and attend field/site meetings. Manage multiple assignments and deliver quality materials on tight schedules.

Support mining and environmental projects by designing and implementing site characterization, aquifer parameter estimation, groundwater-surface water interaction and fate-and-transport analyses, and analytical/numerical groundwater modeling. Lead project controls for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, overseeing scheduling, cost control, cash flow, estimating, risk management, reporting, and document controls. Develop control strategies aligned with federal funding and FTA requirements, manage integrated schedules and forecasts, interface with agencies and stakeholders, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliance and performance on a mega-infrastructure program.

Lead traffic operations, ITS design, and traffic safety projects. Perform microsimulation and operational analyses, develop signal timing and ITS layouts, mentor staff, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while supporting corridor management and field implementation.

Serve as process engineer for industrial water and wastewater projects, designing treatment systems (physical/chemical, biological, membrane, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, evaporation/crystallization). Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations; perform field surveys, QA, pilot testing, commissioning, and startup; mentor juniors, manage projects, support proposals, and present to clients. Travel up to 25%.

Manage multiple construction projects end-to-end including field oversight, review of architectural plans and contracts, code and regulatory compliance, budget and schedule control, change order negotiation, contractor vetting, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining audit-ready project documentation. Provide leadership in client and project team meetings and escalate critical issues as needed.

Lead electrical design and consulting for water/wastewater projects focusing on power distribution, controls, lighting, fire alarm, access control, and communications. Develop design criteria, calculations, one-line diagrams, plans, and specs. Support construction with submittal reviews, RFIs, field inspections, and mentor junior engineers while managing budgets and schedules and serving as client contact.

Lead sales, design, and delivery of electrical and controls engineering projects for Class I railroads. Manage planning, design, construction administration, project teams, budgets, schedules, and technical design work. Provide client-facing leadership, develop plans and specifications, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with codes, contracts, and Arcadis quality and safety standards.
