Lead end-to-end pursuit and bid management for technology/data center opportunities: client engagement, win-strategy development, proposal authorship, pursuit budgeting, CRM maintenance, cross-functional coordination (finance, legal), and continuous improvement to increase win rates.

Lead mechanical discipline across pursuit, proposal, design, and construction phases for federal facility projects. Serve as Engineer of Record, produce construction-ready drawings and specifications, coordinate disciplines, mentor junior staff, develop budgets and schedules, and perform site surveys and system audits using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, and SpecsIntact.

Lead and manage design delivery for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and solid waste projects in West Florida. Provide technical leadership, oversee design and permitting, prepare engineering calculations and construction documents, ensure QA/QC, mentor staff, support proposals and client relationships, and meet project schedules and budgets. Travel up to 20% required.

Perform traffic engineering and ITS design tasks including data collection and analysis, traffic operations and safety studies, future traffic projections, microscopic simulation (VISSIM, Synchro, SimTraffic), signal timing and signal plan design, signing and pavement marking plans, and support for ICM/ATM and CAV corridor planning. Prepare reports, design plans, and operations/maintenance policies and manuals.

Develop and maintain logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules for engineering, construction, and validation of data center projects. Analyze critical path updates, track progress, collect performance data, report schedule status, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and support schedule and budget review meetings including occasional site visits.

Lead and deliver complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC. Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive business development and resource planning, represent Arcadis externally, and ensure client alignment and regulatory compliance.

Lead the electrical discipline on multiple projects through pursuit, design, and construction. Serve as engineer of record, develop construction-ready drawings, perform site surveys and system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), ensure code compliance, use design/modeling software, support proposals, and mentor junior staff.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Lead development, calibration, and application of hydraulic and water quality models for water distribution master planning. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, client coordination, proposal and scope development, QA/QC of deliverables, and apply GIS and data analytics to support project execution and recommendations.

Perform traffic signal operations and analysis including modeling intersections/corridors (Synchro/SimTraffic/VISSIM), develop and implement signal timing plans, oversee field implementation and adaptive systems, prepare technical reports and signal warrant analyses, collaborate with DOTs/municipalities, lead tasks and mentor junior staff while meeting project schedules and budgets.
