Lead global portfolio of complex supply chain projects and customer implementations across regions. Define project methodology, oversee prioritization, scope, resourcing, governance and delivery. Build model-driven app components, server-side C# plugins and workflows, client-side JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF controls, and integrate with external systems via Dataverse, REST APIs, and Azure services. Support deployments, ALM, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, vendors, and stakeholders in an Agile cadence.

Lead new business development for APL Logistics across North America: generate pipeline, design logistics solutions with SMEs, manage pursuits from qualification to close, maintain CRM and account data, support post-sale implementation, and meet financial and volume targets while managing travel and budget constraints.

Support North American and Latin American tax compliance by preparing annual reports, business licenses, income, sales/use and property tax returns, assisting with transfer pricing and tax provisions, responding to tax notices, processing tax payments, and providing financial data to third-party consultants.
