Designs and manages AWS-based software infrastructure, automated CloudFormation deployments, CI/CD pipelines, engineering environment tooling, GitHub security, and cloud operations. Collaborates with globally distributed development teams to deliver secure, scalable, highly reliable SaaS systems. The role also involves containerized software, monitoring, networking, REST services, and high-availability design.

Architect and build scalable, resilient distributed systems for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Provide hands-on technical leadership across React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes/EKS. Set architectural direction, develop production software, review designs and implementations, troubleshoot complex issues, establish engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers across multiple teams.

Build and operate reliable, secure, scalable AWS cloud services and SaaS infrastructure. Define SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and alerts; automate operational tasks; improve observability and CI/CD; participate in incident response and post-incident reviews; and strengthen resilience through redundancy, disaster recovery, autoscaling, and testing. Troubleshoot across applications, infrastructure, networking, databases, and dependencies while maintaining runbooks and collaborating across engineering, security, product, and operations teams.

Designs, develops, and maintains multi-cloud infrastructure automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Builds internal tools, APIs, CI/CD workflows, deployment and configuration automation, and auto-remediation solutions using Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and related technologies. Troubleshoots cloud, networking, and systems issues; integrates operational workflows; documents procedures; collaborates across engineering and support teams; and mentors less experienced engineers.
