Design, model, and govern global sales incentive compensation programs. Build scenario models, cost forecasts, payout and sensitivity analyses, and benchmark studies. Partner with commercial, HR, finance, IT, and operations to translate strategy into implementable incentive designs, support ICM systems, lead plan reviews, ensure compliance, and create executive-ready recommendations and repeatable analytics/processes.
