Provides customer service and manages escalations for global logistics accounts. The role coordinates with stakeholders and suppliers, identifies supply chain challenges, proposes solutions, monitors performance through KPI reporting, and supports supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide high-quality customer service to logistics clients, coordinate with suppliers and global Maersk offices, process documentation, produce KPI reports, monitor supplier performance, solve supply chain issues, and identify process improvements. The role supports client meetings, participates in supply chain projects, and contributes to efficient, customer-focused service delivery.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, orchestration workflows, governed datasets, and data products. Develop data models and analytics foundations supporting BI, AI, ML, and GenAI use cases. Lead architecture, automation, and support of enterprise SQL Server environments on-premises and in cloud. Execute migrations to Azure/AWS, build IaC with Ansible/Terraform, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, design ETL pipelines (SSIS/ADF/Kafka/Airflow), automate DBA tasks, troubleshoot performance issues, ensure security/compliance, produce documentation, integrate with CI/CD, and participate in on-call rotation.

Design and implement scalable, resilient Java backend services and APIs for logistics (order fulfillment, shipment tracking, fleet management). Build event-driven pipelines, refactor monoliths to microservices, optimize architecture for peak loads, implement CI/CD and cloud deployments, ensure security and regulatory compliance, mentor developers, and maintain observability for mission-critical logistics systems.

Manage strategic global customers as primary contact, lead strategic initiatives and integrations, identify supply-chain improvement opportunities, set and monitor KPIs/CSFs, drive portfolio expansion across freight and logistics services, oversee account profitability and renewals, resolve escalations, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Responsible for regional contract logistics market development, client acquisition and full-cycle sales management. Lead new client development, bidding and contract negotiation; build and maintain key accounts in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear/apparel and FMCG; track client needs, identify value-added services, conduct market and competitor research, and drive cross-functional collaboration to grow market share.
