Serve as subject-matter expert for First Mile drayage, supporting sales from initial engagement through solution design and implementation. Manage a commercial pipeline, lead solution reviews and executive communications, prepare proposals and contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated logistics solutions and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsible for regional contract logistics market development, client acquisition and full-cycle sales management. Lead new client development, bidding and contract negotiation; build and maintain key accounts in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear/apparel and FMCG; track client needs, identify value-added services, conduct market and competitor research, and drive cross-functional collaboration to grow market share.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Power Apps, Dataverse). Build unattended RPA at scale, integrate AI services, ensure governance/licensing compliance, manage ALM and monitoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to document and train users.

Support tender and RFP responses including cost analysis; produce project calculations, drawings, process design, and presentations; design DC layouts to optimize logistics flow and productivity; support business development opportunities.

Coordinate out-of-gauge (OOG) import/export shipments, issue delivery orders, ensure on-time cargo delivery and customer communication, obtain and negotiate vendor quotes, mentor team members, escalate operational issues to project managers, and liaise with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
