Lead industry performance analysis and strategy by managing an analytics team, maintaining syndicated and POS reporting, developing KPIs and forecasts, delivering executive-ready insights, negotiating vendor relationships, and driving data-driven recommendations to optimize distribution, pricing, and marketing.

Provide operational SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA administration including installation, upgrades, patching, backup/recovery, system replication, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Infra/DevOps teams, troubleshoot and optimize playbooks/pipelines, and produce technical documentation to support hybrid-cloud infrastructure modernization.

Implement, configure, and manage Palo Alto firewalls and SASE; monitor and analyze security performance; respond to incidents and requests; coordinate SASE policies; manage EDR deployments (Cortex XDR preferred); apply Zero-Trust principles to protect network infrastructure and sensitive data.

Lead design, develop, and deliver enterprise Java applications. Build backend services with Spring Boot, Spring Web Services, and Spring Batch; implement microservices; integrate React front-ends; work with PostgreSQL and deploy on AWS. Provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders and QA.

Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; diagnose and resolve escalated problems; document tickets; assist with installations, configurations, upgrades; collaborate with IT teams and maintain infrastructure.

Monitor production systems and alerts, investigate and escalate incidents, analyze system health metrics, and produce executive-level reports and Tableau dashboards. Use SQL to extract and validate data, collaborate with teams to resolve production issues, and provide shift coverage including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Lead execution of Microsoft co-sell programs across business units and geographies. Identify joint Data/AI/Fabric opportunities with Microsoft sellers, design partnership frameworks and incentive models, and coordinate joint campaigns, account planning, demos, and discovery sessions. Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and internal GTM, marketing, sales enablement, and delivery teams to drive pipeline, ACV bookings, proposals, and marketing content.
