Translate technical features into consumer-focused copy, inform feature prioritization with market insights, and manage agencies and cross-functional teams to grow brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Design and execute tests for networking and surveillance products, build and maintain testbeds, triage automated regression failures, write test reports and bug descriptions, collaborate with R&D to debug issues, and administer the global training system.

Lead end-to-end production of studio deliverables, translating creative direction into pixel-perfect assets across retail, marketing, campaigns, and digital. Manage high-volume projects, maintain brand consistency, improve workflows, and meet tight timelines.
