Senior regional leader responsible for driving growth of STV's rail and transit practice across the Pacific Northwest through business development, client relationships, capture and proposal leadership, executive oversight of major projects, team mentorship, and coordination with multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver complex transit and rail programs.

The intern will use AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SKM, ETAP, and EasyPower while contributing across project phases and coordinating with clients, utilities, trades, and internal teams.

Manages regional business operations, workforce planning, staffing, financial tracking, reporting, proposal support, and process improvement for program and construction management teams. Partners with regional and operations leadership to align resources, project performance, budgets, business development pursuits, and client commitments. Coordinates with finance, marketing, legal, project teams, subcontractors, and teaming partners to support growth and operational consistency across the Northeast region.

Leads 3D utility modeling and coordination in OpenRoads for water and wastewater projects. Develops BIM standards, CAD deliverables, plan and profile sheets, and resolves complex modeling issues. Collaborates with clients and engineering teams, mentors junior designers and EITs, and provides technical oversight across multiple projects under demanding schedules.

Lead cost engineering for projects: develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, EACs, cost breakdowns, and EVM reporting. Perform variance, trend, risk and change impact analyses, support negotiations, present financial performance, and mentor junior staff.

Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of detailed CPM project schedules (Primavera P6) for large infrastructure programs. Produce integrated master schedules, perform schedule risk and time-impact analyses, support EVM, align schedule with cost controls, review contractor schedules, and mentor junior schedulers while coordinating with stakeholders and clients.

Lead and oversee multiple education construction programs, managing teams, budgets, schedules, funding strategies, grants, closeouts, stakeholder communications, contract negotiations, and program improvements to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

The Project Manager will lead transportation infrastructure projects, utilizing OpenRoads software to create designs and mentor junior engineers, ensuring project compliance with standards.
