Support account management and operations by developing processes, reporting, and corrective action plans to improve network efficiency, resolve service issues, analyze failure trends, and monitor customer performance metrics.

Serve as primary HR partner for assigned business units: provide employee relations case management and investigations, coach leaders on performance and engagement, support talent and succession planning, ensure policy compliance, analyze workforce data, and drive culture and change initiatives while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence.

Provide administrative and routing support for delivery operations: monitor routes, answer phones and emails, process paperwork (PODs, pull sheets, RTVs), assist onboarding and driver training, update inventory and billing, coordinate with vendors/customers, and perform daily closing reports and warehouse support tasks.

Supervise daily location operations, assist the Location Manager, manage delivery and routes, recruit and retain contractors, maintain client relationships, enforce policies, support warehouse operations, and drive efficiency and culture. Train to become Location Manager and perform other assigned duties.
