Serve as primary customer liaison to resolve issues, manage orders and accessorials, recommend transportation solutions, monitor performance and costs, coordinate with operations and account managers, and maintain service quality.

Manage assigned customer accounts for a transportation company: resolve issues, bill accessorial charges, monitor order acceptance and performance, propose alternative transport solutions, communicate exceptions, work with Operations to optimize costs and container assets, and maintain service quality.
