Serve as primary liaison between company and customers, resolving issues, managing order acceptance and accessorial charges, providing alternative transportation solutions, monitoring performance and working with internal teams to optimize cost, margin, and on-time performance.

Manage carrier relationships and procurement events, support RFP processes and bid packaging, perform light market analytics, enter and troubleshoot rates in the TMS, conduct light negotiations, handle escalated carrier issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet carrier KPIs and customer expectations.

Provide administrative support for Final Mile locations: validate and reconcile delivery paperwork, perform accurate data entry into databases, assist with back-of-truck check-in, answer customer and delivery team calls, validate badges/uniforms, and identify process improvements. Role is 75% office, 25% warehouse, requires strong customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and schedule flexibility (T-Sat 12p-8:30p).

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS/OTM) supporting consolidation and fulfillment. Oversee implementations, integrations, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement to ensure inventory accuracy, throughput, visibility, and compliance. Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to define requirements, govern changes, mitigate risks, and drive adoption and performance metrics.

Supervise warehouse and customer service operations: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; enforce safety and compliance; manage inventory accuracy, WMS-driven productivity, equipment maintenance, and customer priorities to meet service and labor-efficiency goals.

Provide administrative and logistics support including route monitoring, answering calls and emails, processing paperwork, assisting driver onboarding, updating inventory and order status, coordinating with vendors and customers, and performing nightly closing reports.

Lead all terminal operations to ensure safety, service, and cost performance. Manage drivers, owner-operators and staff; create annual business plans; monitor KPIs (productivity, CSA, retention, cost per dray); ensure DOT compliance; support customer relationships; develop staff through coaching and performance reviews; lead special projects and continuous improvement.

Configure and administer EDI/trading partner integrations including AS2/FTP-SFTP connectivity, mapping, testing, implementation, and production support. Manage gateway applications, troubleshoot transaction flows, create documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
