Onsite business development associate responsible for prospecting small-to-medium businesses via cold calls, gathering business and payment information, scheduling appointments, managing a sales pipeline, performing pricing analysis, following up with leads, and meeting sales targets.

The Business Development Associate will gather leads, conduct cold calls, engage with business owners, and manage the sales pipeline to develop new business and meet sales targets.

Manage and maintain sales and CRM data, validate sales KPIs, generate BI reports and insights, support lead distribution and account closure/retention processes, deliver CRM training and maintain sales documentation, monitor pipeline health and competitor activity, and drive process improvements to increase sales operational efficiency.

Provide onsite Spanish-language client support in Plano, TX: process payment processing applications in the company CMS, respond to client inquiries, log interactions, liaise with payment processors, troubleshoot terminal hardware, schedule phone coverage, escalate issues, and suggest departmental improvements.

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective SMB clients: make cold calls, gather business and payment data, schedule appointments, collect statements for pricing analysis, manage pipeline, follow up leads, and meet sales targets. Fully onsite, bilingual Mandarin reading/writing required.
