Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a monthly salary of $3,600 during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the monthly base salary will increase to $4,000.

Role Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst role is a fully onsite position in our Houston office, 5 days a week. As part of the Operations Department, this role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations, ensure data accuracy, improve CRM processes, and generate business insights. The analyst manages sales data, delivers CRM training, supports Business Intelligence initiatives, and drives process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review account closure requests, recommend retention opportunities, process account closures, and prepare monthly account closure and retention reports.
  • Clean, consolidate, and maintain lead databases; distribute qualified leads, monitor lead conversion, and provide insights to improve lead quality and allocation.
  • Coordinate sales KPI data validation, maintain performance reports, and support sales operations through data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain the Sales Handbook and sales operations documentation; deliver training for new hires and existing employees on CRM and other sales enablement tools, and support ongoing sales enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, monitor pipeline health, ensure CRM workflows align with business policies, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and prepare competitor analysis reports to support strategic planning.
  • Conduct data analysis and support Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business insights.

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • No minimum experience required but 1-2 years of analytics experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Python/SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data management is required.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, CRM systems, or market/industry research is preferred.
