Owns CRM and retention marketing programs for emerging businesses and channels, including Worn Wear and Direct Mail. Builds, deploys, tests, and optimizes email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and transactional communications. Translates business objectives into omnichannel strategies, manages segmentation and campaign production, monitors performance, delivers insights, and documents scalable best practices while collaborating across marketing, creative, analytics, technology, and business teams.

Own the end-to-end Worn Wear eCommerce catalog, including product data, pricing, images, descriptions, workflows, quality standards, seasonal publishing, and integration with Patagonia’s digital commerce systems. Partner with merchandising, SEO, production, technology, and external teams to support launches, resolve risks, improve catalog efficiency, document processes, and provide coverage for the mainline catalog. The role requires hands-on catalog management, cross-functional coordination, and expertise with Salsify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Coordinates workers’ compensation claims, occupational injury reporting, transitional work assignments, return-to-work processes, and FMLA leave designations. Partners with vendors, business lines, and HR teams to maintain compliance and accurate records. Provides People Operations support to Reno employees, including inquiries, help desk coverage, I-9 audits, document management, and employee resource referrals.

Own and deliver a globally relevant Mountain Essentials product line by translating consumer and market insights into strategic assortments. Lead cross-functional teams through seasonal product creation and go-to-market processes, manage line plans and PLM details, drive cost/margin targets, and present product storytelling to global sales channels while aligning product with brand and environmental goals.

Lead complex, cross-functional product technology programs and portfolio initiatives from planning through delivery. Establish roadmaps, governance, reporting, risk mitigation, prioritization, and scalable program management practices. Facilitate portfolio reviews, annual planning, stakeholder alignment, change management, and dependency resolution across product, technology, design, marketing, materials, and other business teams. This individual contributor role supports Patagonia’s product creation mission and requires strong communication, judgment, collaboration, and program leadership.

Support the Trail Run product line by managing product lifecycle tasks, delivering briefs and line plans, enabling cross-functional execution, analyzing market and competitor insights, assisting sales and global reviews, and helping achieve revenue, margin, and sustainability goals.

Lead global trade compliance strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. Manage ISA and C-TPAT programs, classification/valuation/origin governance, duty-mitigation, broker/entry standards, and tech modernization. Interface with U.S. Customs and stakeholders, coach a team, and report KPIs to senior leadership while ensuring audit-ready controls and trade-related training.

Prepare and review federal, state, and international income tax returns; manage monthly sales tax filings and reconciliations; support tax audits and system testing; perform fixed-asset reviews, depreciation, and cost segregation analyses; troubleshoot tax calculations and support system integrations; identify process improvements and adopt tax/finance tools; collaborate with accounting, finance systems, and external advisors.

Lead account management and purchase experience product work (account creation, login, cart, checkout, payments, order history, returns). Partner with UX, Finance, Analytics, and Tech to identify friction, prioritize and deliver improvements, measure impact using quantitative analysis and analytics, and own key metrics like checkout conversion, failed payments, and account creation.

Lead exploration and development of next-generation apparel and equipment concepts, managing an innovation pipeline from insights and lab/field validation to commercialization; mentor design and engineering teams; manage budgets, external partnerships, IP, and cross-functional alignment while embedding sustainability and circularity into early-stage development.
