Leads Amsive’s organic search channel through SEO strategy, account management, business development, team leadership, training, resource planning, vendor oversight, and practice innovation. Manages SEO strategists, develops team capabilities, supports client retention and expansion, reviews proposals and scopes, analyzes performance and capacity, and partners on AI search recommendations. Design and maintain Power BI semantic models and Microsoft Fabric analytics solutions. Lead demand forecasting, capacity modeling, labor productivity and profitability analysis.
