Lead pre-sales solution design and demonstrations for hospitality revenue management. Engage customers and executives, architect product solutions, support deal strategy, RFx/security responses, and partner with Sales, Product, Integrations, and Services to deliver measurable commercial value.

Supports product managers in defining requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and product enhancements. Lead Salesforce Quote-to-Cash analysis and solution delivery: elicit and document requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, support testing/UAT and deployments, troubleshoot QTC issues, drive adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for continuous improvement.
