The Strategic Account Executive will grow revenue from new large accounts by building relationships, developing proposals, and delivering value propositions. This role requires daily travel and focuses on securing new business and maintaining client satisfaction during onboarding.

Develop and execute executive communications and storytelling to convey company narrative and strategy. Partner with senior leaders to craft speeches, presentations, thought leadership, and channel-specific messaging. Lead cross-functional communications campaigns, coordinate internal and external teams, identify speaking and visibility opportunities, and provide counsel to executives. Support strategic announcements and maintain cohesive channel strategy. Hybrid role based in Secaucus, NJ with domestic travel up to 25%.

Support regional commercial teams by producing month-end reporting, analytics, and dashboards. Analyze accounts, customers, channels, and performance variances; build customer linkages; support sales planning and strategy; develop PowerBI/Tableau reports; train stakeholders on analytical tools; align with finance partners to drive data-driven commercial decisions.

Manage the full grantmaking lifecycle, develop grantmaking strategies, oversee budgets and reporting, and lead communications and digital content (AEM, Microsoft 365) to amplify foundation impact for internal and external audiences.

Support hospital sales by developing client-specific pricing strategies, performing pricing and profitability analyses, developing P&L for proposals, mapping test codes, ensuring pricing meets guidelines, coordinating billing changes, and providing analytical support for special projects and national accounts.

Lead and manage small-to-medium continuous improvement projects in the SJC lab using Lean principles. Spend time in the lab to map processes, coach teams, facilitate workshops, own timelines/budgets, communicate with stakeholders, perform root cause analysis, deliver improvements, document processes, and provide training to build sustainable capabilities.
