Architects, deploys, and operates enterprise Kubernetes platforms across hybrid AWS and Azure environments. Manages containerized and virtualized workloads with KubeVirt, builds observability and DevSecOps capabilities, automates infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, and implements Argo CD and Helm GitOps workflows. Leads cloud modernization, governance, security, and compliance initiatives; designs complex Kubernetes networking with Multus CNI and MetalLB; troubleshoots production networking issues; and provides technical leadership and mentoring.

The Vice President of Marketing will reposition Mirantis as a full-stack AI infrastructure company, owning brand narrative, analyst and media presence, enterprise and neocloud marketing motions, ecosystem partnerships, and measurable demand generation. The role requires reshaping the existing team, building credibility with infrastructure and AI audiences, partnering with Sales, Product, BD, NVIDIA, and neoclouds, and demonstrating market impact through launches, awareness, pipeline, and strategic relationships.

Deploys, integrates, operates, and optimizes high-performance NFS storage for Kubernetes, bare-metal, GPU, and AI workloads. Responsibilities include CSI integration, Linux and NFS tuning, storage lifecycle management, air-gapped deployments, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps automation, observability, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues across hybrid and edge environments.

Own the observability vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for k0rdent AI’s GPU infrastructure control plane. Define integrations across GPU compute, networking, storage, DPUs, schedulers, inference systems, and databases using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus ecosystems. Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements, guide engineering trade-offs, track emerging standards, and support product marketing, field teams, customers, analysts, and ecosystem partners.

Define and operationalize reliability for a GPU-accelerated AI platform by creating SLIs, SLOs, error-budget practices, and high-quality alerting. Build APIs exposing reliability state to platform administrators, partner with infrastructure, storage, and networking teams on telemetry, and diagnose observability and performance issues across Kubernetes, bare-metal, and NVIDIA infrastructure in hybrid, edge, and air-gapped environments.

Prospect inbound and outbound leads through phone and email, qualify prospects, schedule meetings and solution demos for Account Executives, manage lead conversion processes, communicate Mirantis offerings and competitive positioning, maintain accurate prospect activity in Salesforce, and achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Design and implement infrastructure services for a GPU-as-a-Service platform. Build REST and gRPC APIs, bare-metal provisioning workflows, Kubernetes cluster lifecycle services, reconciliation loops, reliability mechanisms, and interfaces for hardware and cluster health. The role requires Go, Kubernetes controller patterns, bare-metal provisioning, asynchronous systems, and experience with infrastructure technologies such as Metal3, Cluster API, and Temporal.

Own strategic technology partner relationships and develop joint business plans, go-to-market motions, co-marketing campaigns, and sales plays. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and product adoption through account alignment and complex deal support. Influence product integrations and roadmap priorities, enable sales teams, engage partner executives, and coordinate with Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Engineering. Establish metrics, reporting, partner cadences, and repeatable engagement models.

Own the sustained technical relationships for 5–8 strategic enterprise customers post-sale. Lead architecture reviews, upgrade planning, health checks, technical adoption, troubleshooting escalations, and product feedback across Mirantis OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms. Partner with customer engineering teams, Product, Engineering, Support, and account teams to remove technical blockers, expand platform usage, improve resolution times, and create reusable best practices. Travel to customer sites approximately 20–30% of the time.
