The Talent Specialist coordinates Americas talent processes, including compensation, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role manages project plans, timelines, documentation, reporting, workforce data analysis, executive communications, meeting follow-up, and stakeholder coordination. It also identifies process improvements and AI-enabled tools to increase team efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. The position is onsite in Austin, Texas four days per week.

Plans, configures, launches, and optimizes content-led experiences across YETI.com. Maintains campaigns, product launches, category pages, editorial content, and promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud; performs QA, publishing, testing, and launch validation. Partners with marketing, merchandising, product, creative, legal, analytics, technology, and localization teams. Uses performance insights, SEO, and accessibility practices to improve engagement, conversion, usability, and product discovery while managing multiple deadlines.

Serve as primary HR/Talent contact for assigned business groups. Support performance management, employee relations intake, core talent processes (onboarding, surveys), maintain talent data and reporting, identify risks and escalate to partners, and ensure policy compliance.

Develop and execute end-to-end supply plans for assigned product categories, manage POs and supplier execution, monitor inventory and service levels, lead launch readiness and capacity planning, analyze supply performance, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate supply risks.

The Boomi Integration Engineer designs and implements integration flows using the Boomi platform, supporting enterprise systems such as SAP and various SaaS applications, while collaborating with team members and participating in Agile practices.

The Integration Lead Engineer at YETI will oversee design and execution of enterprise integrations, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with standards, all while supporting operational excellence.

Lead design and administration of global compensation programs (base, variable, sales, equity); manage job evaluation, semi-annual pay planning, analytics, compliance, audits, and cross-functional partnerships. Coach and grow the compensation team and deliver clear communications and training.
