The Senior Business Analyst will bridge business and IT teams for Master Data Management initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, defining business rules, supporting data quality and governance, developing quality metrics and reports, conducting data profiling and mapping, assessing impacts, supporting system integrations, analyzing data, and training end users on MDM tools and processes.

Own YETI’s Product Master Data Management capability and roadmap while leading the data governance operating model. Establish product data standards, ownership, stewardship, lifecycle rules, quality expectations, and governance processes. Translate business needs into MDM workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases. Coordinate product data alignment across Salsify, SAP, ecommerce, supply chain, finance, compliance, and reporting platforms. Track governance KPIs, manage risks, and drive stakeholder adoption through communications, training, and change management.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and operate the data platform, build ELT/ETL pipelines, optimize data performance, and ensure data quality while collaborating with business teams.

Lead and execute global supply chain projects to improve logistics and fulfillment operations. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, budgets, documentation, reporting, risk identification, and vendor relationships to deliver strategic and tactical supply chain improvements.

Manage product compliance and safety initiatives, monitor regulatory operations, analyze safety data, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and support product development.

Manage and administer core finance systems, govern master data and security permissions, troubleshoot issues, and support BPC batch loads. Lead finance IT projects, UAT, implementations and upgrades. Drive process optimization, automation, and AI/data analytics adoption to improve finance efficiency, controls, and reporting.

Lead and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for the U.S. and Canada, overseeing a team of four. Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, weekly payment runs, reconciliations, month-end close items, 1099 reporting, and vendor issue resolution. Own Concur, T&E and corporate card programs, maintain internal controls and SOX compliance, and drive AP process and system improvements in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, MDM, and integration strategy. Modernize cloud-native data platforms, manage data warehouse and API-first integration platforms, build/lead data engineering teams, enforce governance and data quality, enable analytics/AI/ML, and manage vendor relationships and managed services.

Manage vendor accounts and end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, approvals, payments, SAP reporting (GRIR, MRBR), issue resolution, cash application, Concur expense administration, month-end close support, compliance/1099 tasks, training AP staff, and driving process improvements.
