Leads end-to-end video production for live events and B2B brand activations, managing creative briefs, schedules, budgets, crews, vendors, on-site capture, post-production, reviews, and final delivery. Coordinates internal teams, clients, editors, and external partners while ensuring technical quality, timelines, cost control, and contingency planning. Requires hands-on production expertise, strong project management, client communication, and the ability to troubleshoot calmly in fast-paced event environments. Contract work may involve evenings, weekends, and travel.
