The Associate Manager will help define Hot Wheels’ long-term brand strategy, positioning, equity, and cross-category growth while executing integrated brand activations. Responsibilities include coordinating product, content, retail, marketing, agency, and commercial partners; planning campaigns and launches; managing creative production; ensuring brand consistency; tracking campaign and franchise performance; and reporting on awareness, engagement, conversion, sales, and cultural impact.

Build and execute CRM campaigns primarily through email, with potential SMS and web push channels. Manage campaigns from specifications through development, QA, and execution in Klaviyo. Review copy, creative, link tagging, and accuracy; coordinate testing opportunities; ensure timely, high-quality delivery; and collaborate with marketing, merchandising, creative, brand, account, and external partners.

Creates and manages product copy for packaging, ecommerce pages, product names, callouts, collateral, and licensed brands. Researches SEO terms, develops creative naming concepts, presents ideas, proofreads materials, coordinates legal and cross-functional approvals, maintains intellectual property standards, and tracks final approved names. Requires 1–3 years of professional writing experience, strong creative and proofreading skills, familiarity with kid-related content and packaging, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Partners with leaders across operational, retail, engineering, security, sustainability, and corporate teams to translate business priorities into workforce, talent, organizational, and culture strategies. Leads performance, succession, compensation, engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and organization effectiveness initiatives. Coaches managers, analyzes workforce data, supports hiring and onboarding, and collaborates with People & Culture centers of expertise to deliver integrated solutions.

Owns and drives cross-functional technical programs for Mattel Game Studios. Responsibilities include planning software services and platform capabilities, translating goals into execution plans, managing backlogs, sprint ceremonies, schedules, dependencies, risks, and status reporting. The role partners with engineering, product, design, security, analytics, vendors, and external studios to resolve ambiguity, unblock teams, and deliver complex gaming systems and live operations capabilities.

Provides hands-on technical oversight and publishing support for multiple mobile free-to-play games developed by external studios. Acts as the technical liaison with third-party developers, evaluates designs and partner capabilities, mitigates risks, supports platform and service integration, and resolves complex engineering issues. Collaborates with production, design, art, LiveOps, and QA teams while overseeing performance, backend scalability, analytics, experimentation, reporting, and delivery through launch and live operations.
