As a Senior Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures, manage high-performance systems, lead projects, and mentor junior engineers in a defense environment.

Lead design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise application delivery and DDI (Infoblox) infrastructures using F5 technologies. Architect high-availability, secure load-balancing (LTM/GTM/GSLB), manage DNS/DHCP/IPAM, ensure DoW STIG and IL5/6/7 compliance, troubleshoot complex network issues, collaborate with developers and cybersecurity teams, and produce architectural documentation and standards.

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards supporting IT operations. Perform ETL and data integration, query complex databases, validate data accuracy, ensure DoW compliance (STIGs, IL5/6/7), collaborate with stakeholders, document standards, and train users to translate data into actionable insights.

Support data-driven decision making by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data; building recurring reports and dashboards; analyzing customer, campaign, and market trends; assisting with budget tracking and forecasting inputs; conducting market and competitor research; creating clear charts and slides for non-technical audiences; documenting processes and data definitions; and participating in team and client meetings to track follow-ups and action items.

Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, CUCM, Cisco ISE and TACLANE; implement BGP/OSPF and Zero Trust controls; monitor and troubleshoot network performance; support deployable communications; create documentation; lead projects and mentor junior engineers.

Manage end-to-end federal proposal development: analyze solicitations, define win themes and schedules, coordinate writers and SMEs, run color reviews, ensure compliance, mentor team members, and deliver final proposals on deadline.

Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of enterprise application delivery and DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) using F5 and Infoblox.
