Lead design, deployment, and management of AIOps solutions using Splunk and MLTK to provide predictive analytics, closed-loop incident remediation, and secure telemetry integration with ServiceNow and SolarWinds. Architect observability across classified/unclassified enclaves, deploy ML models, automate remediation, and ensure compliance with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6.

Design, implement, automate, and sustain secure enterprise cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. Support migrations, IaC, CI/CD, Tier-3 troubleshooting, cloud security/compliance (DoD/Federal), monitoring, and provide technical leadership and documentation for operations and maintenance.

Support NICHD information assurance by monitoring security tools, triaging alerts, investigating incidents, tracking vulnerability remediation, maintaining FISMA compliance and dashboards, processing ServiceNow requests, supporting ATO/FISMA recertification, and collaborating on security operations and reporting.

Support AFDW cybersecurity operations at The Pentagon by performing CND, DCO-IDM, STIG auditing, ACAS/HBSS operations, POA&M management, 8140/8570 compliance, firewall/DLP coordination, and brief leadership on status and risk.

Provide in-person Tier 1 IT support at a walk-up service desk: greet users, triage and resolve technical issues, perform password resets and peripheral troubleshooting, document incidents in BMC Remedy, and communicate solutions clearly to minimize downtime.

Provide Tier 2 IT service desk support for DTRA on classified and unclassified systems: troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate tickets; follow ITSM/ITIL processes; use Remedy or ServiceNow; document issues and KBAs; support onboarding hardware/software and account access; meet SLA/AQL targets while supporting classified DOD environments.
