Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, content strategists, and designers while presenting design rationale and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Own technical outcomes for strategic customer solutions from discovery through production adoption. Build and deploy prototypes using customer data, rapidly develop AI and agentic solutions, measure business value, and productionize reliable integrations. Partner with sales, product, R&D, and implementation teams to validate customer needs, create reusable accelerators, and influence product roadmaps. The role requires customer-facing communication, enterprise integration expertise, software or data engineering capabilities, and travel to customer sites up to 50%.

Develop and execute regional go-to-market sales strategies for new and existing industry accounts. Identify, qualify, pursue, and close enterprise software opportunities while generating license, support, and services revenue. Build executive-level customer relationships, uncover business pain points, communicate value propositions, manage account strategies and pipelines in CRM, position solutions against competitors, and represent the company at industry events. Travel to clients and events is expected for approximately 50% of the role.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI systems powering intelligent agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows. Build production-grade LLM, RAG, vector database, and agent orchestration solutions; develop APIs, SDKs, and platform services; and optimize reliability, latency, security, cost, and scalability. Lead initiatives through production, implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and governance, troubleshoot distributed systems, collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to architecture and documentation, and mentor or guide team members.

Build sample agents, reference implementations, reusable templates, proof-of-concepts, and technical demos for Agentic Studio. Test and validate platform capabilities against enterprise AI use cases, troubleshoot issues, document implementation patterns, and provide feedback to Engineering and Product. Enable Engineering, FDEs, Presales, Product, and Partners through workshops and practical technical assets while helping improve the platform’s developer experience and adoption.

Drive revenue growth for Poka across strategic manufacturing and industrial accounts. Own enterprise sales cycles, expand existing customers, acquire new logos, build executive relationships, develop account plans, and manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations. Collaborate with solutions consulting, customer success, marketing, and partners while maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
