The Outside Sales Associate develops customer relationships, provides excellent service, and generates new business in assigned markets.

Lead day-to-day eCommerce operations: manage marketing automation and CRM, optimize websites and app, build analytics and dashboards, turn data into actionable UX and conversion improvements, coordinate cross-functional and agency projects, and support digital platform improvements and integrations.

Plan next-day delivery routes, review orders and pickups, schedule delivery windows, coordinate with sales, resolve delivery errors, support customers and drivers, and act as distribution center contact for parcel scheduling, special orders, and warehouse IT support.
