Own marketing automation, CRM workflows, analytics, dashboards, and digital experience optimization across websites and mobile apps. Coordinate product content, campaigns, promotions, integrations, platform updates, testing, and troubleshooting with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and agency partners. Use customer behavior and performance data to improve conversion, reduce friction, automate processes, and support continuous improvement across eCommerce platforms.

Manage supplier relationships, inventory investments, and supply planning to meet service level and inventory goals. Develop replenishment strategies, analyze demand and forecasting exceptions, manage safety stock and lead times, release purchase orders, evaluate supplier performance, and use planning tools and KPIs to improve inventory performance.

Develop and manage customer relationships in an assigned territory, provide exceptional in-person and phone service, identify customer needs, deliver HVAC and plumbing product solutions, generate new business, grow existing accounts, and travel to customer shops and job sites.

Plan next-day delivery routes, review orders and pickups, schedule delivery windows, coordinate with sales, resolve delivery errors, support customers and drivers, and act as distribution center contact for parcel scheduling, special orders, and warehouse IT support.

Manage customer balances and cash application: post checks and ACH, perform bank deposits, set up COD accounts, handle NSF/stop payments, run month-end service charges and statements, maintain customer communication and billing support using Eclipse and PNC Portal.

Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for plumbing and HVAC products (domestic and international). Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract terms, import/export logistics, and cross-functional projects to ensure quality, compliance with industry standards, cost-effectiveness, and supply diversification. Track supplier performance and drive corrective actions; travel internationally as needed.
