Source and qualify top-of-funnel pipeline through research and cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, events); book discovery calls for senior BD; own and close smaller engagements; maintain CRM hygiene; contribute to outreach strategy and messaging; learn to position solutions across B2B Tech & SaaS, Media & Entertainment, and Ecommerce.

Lead client accounts, deliver campaigns, build relationships, and mentor junior members while driving significant client growth across digital channels.

The Senior Art Director will lead creative strategy and direction for client accounts, oversee campaign execution, manage production processes, and represent the creative team during client pitches. Requires strong leadership and design skills, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Direct Agents: source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines and interviews; maintain ATS and job postings; partner with hiring managers; report recruitment metrics; provide HR/people-ops support to the People & Culture team and SVP of HR while ensuring confidentiality and excellent candidate experience.
