Evaluate electrical and electronic control systems for consumer, commercial, and industrial products. Lead and execute cross-functional business transformation programs across operations, technology, and data. Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, LIMS modernization, requirements definition, governance, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities while tracking risks, milestones, deliverables, and adoption metrics.

Lead a global analytics team to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights. Partner with stakeholders to align analytics with strategy, build scalable Power BI dashboards integrated with Snowflake, apply predictive modeling and ML, enforce data governance, drive automation with Python and Power Automate, and improve data architecture and reporting to inform decision-making and business performance.

Conduct on-site social compliance and human rights audits of supplier facilities, review documentation, prepare and deliver clear English audit reports, communicate findings and corrective actions to management, verify remediation, support supplier development, collaborate with global teams, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training to improve audit quality.

Manage fire alarm control panel projects from scope through testing, inspection, and certification. Coordinate lab and field activities, communicate UL requirements with clients, develop test programs and methods, resolve engineering issues, and provide technical guidance and project documentation.

Lead strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution of association and ecosystem partnerships focused on sustainability. Build partner roadmaps, onboarding, toolkits, and co-marketing programs; coordinate with Government Affairs, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Product. Define KPIs, measure partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, run reviews, and optimize offers and channels to scale qualified demand and brand authority.

Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and quality system audits. Analyze and interpret test results versus UL requirements, verify and calibrate measuring equipment, review production records, recommend corrective actions, document findings, and communicate with manufacturers and authorities. Use hand and electrical instruments, support continuous improvement, promote UL services, and travel locally within the Tampa area for client site visits.
