Coordinate sample-based compliance projects through submission, testing, review, and closure. Track and document samples and project records, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve nonconformances with Engineering and Laboratory partners, and support process improvements and reporting. Manage assigned workload with supervision while developing product-category knowledge and ensuring timely project movement and accurate project records.

Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and audits at manufacturers' sites, evaluate test results against UL requirements, verify calibration of measuring equipment, document findings, recommend corrective actions, communicate with clients and authorities, and support continuous improvement. Own and evolve UL Solutions' pricing engine: define vision and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with engineering and design, manage backlog and releases, facilitate sprints and demos, produce technical collateral, and drive adoption of data-driven pricing practices across the organization.

Provide mechanical and electrical laboratory support by reading schematics, operating and maintaining lab instrumentation, repairing/modifying test fixtures and automated systems, building test fixtures, recording test data, supporting procurement and training, and ensuring safety and compliance of test systems.

Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs across labs, field, quality and enterprise initiatives. Develop scalable project management processes, manage execution, budgets, risks and stakeholders, coach project managers, perform business and financial analysis, and drive change management and strategic communications with executive and regional stakeholders.

Set up and perform laboratory tests, build or adapt test equipment, examine samples, follow test plans, record and report results, communicate with customers and engineers, perform routine maintenance and basic calibration, and apply automation and continuous improvement under minimal supervision.

Lead commissioning projects for new, renovated, and existing buildings: develop commissioning plans, review designs, coordinate stakeholders, perform functional performance testing of MEP, controls, and life-safety systems, manage deficiencies and documentation, support owner turnover and training, and provide project status updates.

Lead and coordinate global market access projects: define scope, schedule and oversee laboratory testing, communicate project status, resolve technical issues, support sales in scoping/costing, and integrate process improvements. Liaise with customers and lab staff and may travel for witness testing.
