Lead delivery and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Finance, Procurement, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, PMA, and Cost Management. Act as primary IT liaison to Finance, design solutions and integrations, govern vendors, ensure compliance (SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, CSA), support audits, and develop team members while driving roadmap, process improvements, and Power BI reporting.

Manage global tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision and disclosures, corporate income and indirect tax filings, tax audits, third‑party advisors, SOX internal controls, and cross‑functional tax planning and documentation.

Lead global sourcing strategies for direct spend in a biotech supply chain. Oversee RFI/RFP, supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance, risk mitigation, compliance (SOX, regulatory), and KPI-driven cost savings. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, CMC, and operations to implement procurement systems, supplier governance, and onboarding.

Draft, negotiate, evaluate, and execute a wide range of contracts; ensure contract data accuracy in the CLM; advise internal stakeholders on risk and compliance; prepare amendments and notices; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals in a fast-paced, regulated biotech environment.
