Manage assigned e-gaming accounts by developing and deploying promotional schedules, liaising with organization and e-gaming leadership, supporting deployments, ensuring compliance, driving satisfaction, identifying risks/opportunities, and improving processes while managing timelines and budgets.

Design and produce print and digital marketing assets (flare cards, catalogs, web store content, promotional items). Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, prepare production-ready files, maintain digital assets, assist with copy and product messaging, and support product launches while ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Ensure compliance with background/drug screening and safely operate company vehicles while lifting up to 70 lbs.

Lead strategy, development, and market expansion for the paper pull tab product line. Manage distributor relationships, account strategies, product delivery, and cross-functional execution across sales, creative, print, manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain. Mentor a team of account managers and coordinators, resolve delivery issues, identify growth opportunities, and present new products to partners to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

Integrate and troubleshoot electronic systems (hardware, software, firmware), perform on-site installations and surveys, support customers on configuration/programming, collaborate with Product Support for diagnostics and engineering changes, provide technical training and documentation, and offer on-call afterhours support when needed.

Design and implement prize-first slot-style math models, translate mathematical concepts into C# software, produce PAR sheets and metrics, iterate on game math using data, stay current with North American slot market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging electronic gaming experiences.

Manage customer relationships for assigned eGaming accounts, design and deploy promotions to drive retention and activity, coordinate with sales and e-gaming leadership, ensure compliance, support new deployments, identify risks and opportunities, and implement process improvements while managing budgets and timelines.
