Lead architecture and design of high-speed SerDes ICs for automotive applications, developing new technologies and specifications, while collaborating cross-functionally.

The Senior Designer, Layout will execute complex IC layout designs, ensure compliance with quality standards, perform reviews, and collaborate with design and assembly teams.

Maintain and repair MEMS fab equipment in Photo, Bond, and Etch areas. Perform PMs, calibrations, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatics, and controls. Update procedures/CMMS, lead small continuous-improvement projects, ensure EHS and cleanroom compliance, and collaborate with process engineering, operations, and vendors to maximize uptime and yield.

Support the global Supply Chain team by resolving supply chain issues, optimizing inventory, and managing logistics and project deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and analytics for overall efficiency.

Design, develop, and debug multi-site test hardware and software for first-silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and production of analog/mixed-signal ICs. Create test schematics and PCBs, develop ATE test programs, correlate engineering measurements with production tests, support manufacturing yield and product releases, and participate in new product development and Design for Test activities.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems and end-to-end pipelines (data preprocessing, model training, prompt engineering). Collaborate cross-functionally, optimize model performance, ensure fairness and security, monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, mentor junior engineers, and recommend improvements to data infrastructure and tooling.

Design, architect, develop, and validate embedded system software and low-level firmware (C/C++) for RF, high-speed converters, MEMS, IMU/GNSS sensor fusion and SoC products. Lead prototypes and technology demonstrators, implement DSP and sensor calibration algorithms, and apply ML techniques for sensor optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance. Collaborate cross-functionally with RF, FPGA, and applications teams.

Design, build, and test reference and demo hardware/software for mixed-signal and power products; create customer-facing documentation and training; provide technical customer support to secure design‑ins; mentor junior engineers; perform system architecture analysis, debugging, and test automation.

Design, build, and test application boards and demonstration systems for analog/mixed-signal products. Create customer-facing documentation and training, provide technical support to secure design-ins, troubleshoot hardware/software/system issues, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on firmware/API/GUI integration and automated bench testing.

Validate and process accounts payable invoices, ensure compliance with financial policies, process vendor payments, resolve invoice issues, perform aging analysis and accrual journal entries, support audits, and assist with process improvements.
