Product Marketing Manager

Automated Test Equipment (ATE) group develops solutions for all aspects of high-volume semiconductor production test market including; SoC, memory, display driver, RF & mmWave, consumer electronics and analog precision test.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to fulfil a strategic role in our team. Reporting to the marketing director, the PME will be responsible for formulating product strategy, championing new product development, and managing all business aspects of one or more product portfolios within ATE.
PMM will be tasked with driving revenue, growing market share, and developing market insights and knowledge to maintaining technology leadership for given portfolios. This will require close collaboration with applications engineers, design engineering and development teams within and outside of ATE, as well as ADI field sales and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for assigned product portfolios
- Business customer interface:
- Answer field/customer business inquiries to support design-ins and build existing business
- Support new product sampling and follow-up activity
- Manage and support product and portfolio roadmaps by working with ATE and other ADI group development teams and business unit stakeholders to produce a plan for future direction based on:
- Long-term customer application and technology trends
- Existing and anticipated competitive developments
- Articulate value proposition and initiate execution on new developments by leading the business justification process, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure highly competitive product plays that are aligned with long term strategy
- Develop deep technical and business understanding of key customer/market applications, identify critical pain points and generate business cases for new solutions
- Develop go-to-market plans that clearly articulate the customer value proposition of ATE’s offerings to ensure new product success
- Contribute broadly to activities across the ATE marketing team, such as:
- Review of business cases and strategy documents
- Definition and implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate with field teams to engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and increase opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related and progressive experience in a semiconductor business/technical customer-facing role
- BSEE required; MBA or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Instrumentation and ATE experience preferred
- Technical competence in precision, analog, power, and/or RF circuits and/or systems
- Track record of success in working with multiple stakeholders across complex and large organizations
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Domestic and international travel up to 25%

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,080 to $227,460.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
