Manage a portfolio of hospitality and wellness partners from launch through renewal. Drive utilization, retention, revenue expansion, and member satisfaction through programming, staff enablement, business reviews, performance analysis, and proactive account health management. Lead and scale the People function for a hybrid NYC-based robotics and AI startup. Own people strategy, HR operations (payroll, benefits, onboarding), compliance, visa/immigration support, talent acquisition, compensation and leveling, manager development, culture, and HR analytics across a distributed ~60-person workforce.

Lead development and implementation of repeatable, high-yield manufacturing and assembly processes, ramp production with contract manufacturers, create fixtures/work instructions, drive PFMEA and control plans, perform first-article validation, support reliability testing, and lead cross-functional root-cause and corrective actions to ensure production quality and yield.
