Aescape is a New York-based physical AI and robotics company redefining human recovery through intelligent, precision bodywork, elevating it into a consistent, outcomes-driven practice.

Powered by real-time body mapping, advanced robotics, and proprietary software, Aescape delivers deeply personalized bodywork that continuously adapts to the individual. This creates a superior way for members to move with greater ease, recover more efficiently, and optimize how they feel every single day.

Aescape is building a defining brand for recovery, shifting behavior from a sporadic experience into a progressive, measurable routine, unlocking compounding benefits that build lasting resilience and laying the groundwork for an entirely new category of proactive human health and performance.

Aescape powers recovery across leading fitness, hospitality, and wellness environments, including Equinox, Life Time, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, Pause Studios, and Remedy Place, and is backed by Valor Equity Partners, BroadLight Capital, and Mecha Ventures.

Aescape is looking for a Client Success Specialist who can build strong, trust-based relationships with the teams running our hospitality and wellness partner locations and help drive consistent utilization of Aescape’s technology on the ground. You’ll be the day-to-day partner contact behind healthy, growing accounts — keeping locations enabled, active, and supported as we scale our presence across the world’s leading recovery environments.

You’ll report to our Head of Client Strategy and Success, work alongside our Client Success Managers on their largest accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing as we redefine recovery as a measurable, outcomes-driven practice that millions of people rely on every day. This is an amazing opportunity to learn strategic account management from the inside, own real partner relationships early, and grow your client success career at a category-defining company. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is based in Miami, FL. Travel to partner sites is expected.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for a set of hospitality and wellness locations (hotels, spas, wellness studios), supporting them from go-live through renewal

  • Drive session volume and utilization at partner locations through staff enablement, programming support, and ongoing coaching of on-property teams

  • Track partner health signals — CSAT, utilization trends, downtime — and flag emerging risk early so it can be addressed

  • Coordinate with Operations and Field teams on hardware uptime and issue resolution, keeping partners informed on status through to close-out

  • Capture and summarize structured partner feedback for Product and Marketing

  • Build trusted working relationships with the on-property contacts who drive daily adoption — general managers, spa and studio directors, front-desk and fitness staff

  • Proactively drive local demand for assigned locations: call and follow up with first-time guests and leads to book return sessions and convert them into members

  • Spend time on-site at partner locations after go-live to train front-desk and floor staff, run live demos, and build the daily habits that lift adoption

  • Plan and staff on-site activation events at partner locations, and represent the brand at local events, run clubs, and community fitness or wellness gatherings that drive foot traffic

  • Build referral relationships with nearby ancillary businesses (gyms, run clubs, studios, med-spas, hotels) to generate a steady flow of new guests to each location

  • Own local reputation: request and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, BBB, and similar sites, and keep each location's listings accurate and active

  • Hit clear per-location targets for session volume, membership conversions, and new-guest acquisition, and report progress against them

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years of client success, account coordination, account management, or hospitality/wellness operations experience — B2B, hardware, SaaS, or hospitality tech exposure a strong plus

  • Experience supporting a book of accounts or a portfolio of locations against retention, utilization, or growth goals

  • Experience in or around hospitality or wellness brands is highly valued

  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with day-to-day operational contacts and on-property teams

  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities without dropping the ball

  • Collaborative by nature — effective at working across Sales, Ops, Product, and Marketing

  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, recovery, and the future of physical AI

  • Ability to travel to partner sites locally 3-5x a week, and other sites domestically 1-2x a quarter

  • Comfort with outbound, sales-oriented work: calling leads and guests, following up, and closing memberships without hand-holding

  • A local network or the hustle to build one fast, and willingness to be on-site and in the community several days a week

What’s In It For You
  • Join a trailblazing robotics and AI company building the future of recovery

  • The chance to make a difference with a product that empowers healthier and happier living

  • Team culture driven by passion, ambition, empowerment, inclusion, curiosity, and fun!

  • 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage for employees with generous coverage for eligible dependents

  • Flexible time off

  • Quarterly Wellness Days - everyone fully unplugs

  • Generous parental leave

  • Complimentary OneMedical membership

  • 401(k) with employer matching

  • Home office budget

  • Annual stipend for professional development

  • Working late? Dinner is on us

  • Complimentary Aescape recovery sessions for yourself, friends & family

Compensation: Base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, plus discretionary 10% annual bonus, plus equity grant commensurate with the role and company stage. Full-time employees are also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and paid parental leave.
