Oversee bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities, including variable compensation, payroll journal entries, tax reconciliations, W-2 reporting, and employee record accuracy. The role requires a licensed professional engineer with structural or geotechnical expertise, product development experience, construction knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Processes accounts receivable and payable transactions, including customer payments, invoices, vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, credit card transactions, and intercompany billing. Maintains accurate accounting records across CRM and accounting systems, supports revenue recognition and collections, and assists with cash disbursements. The role collaborates with operations, manages deadlines, and helps improve AR/AP processes across multiple operating companies.

Lead regional financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance; oversee month-end close, consolidated GAAP financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, process improvements, and manage the regional accounting team to support strategic decision-making.
