The Director of Integrated Business Planning oversees the IBP process, aligning strategy, demand, supply, and execution while ensuring financial commitments and improving decision quality.

Supports international sales operations by managing pipelines, commercial data, dashboards, KPIs, demand planning, forecasts, budgets, rebates, contracts, and partner administration. Analyzes market and financial performance, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across global markets, prepares leadership reports, and improves data governance and commercial processes. The role serves as a central coordination point between international managers, external partners, Legal, Finance, and the U.S. team.

Manage and grow regional grocery accounts by executing account strategies, driving sales, margin and promotions, coordinating cross-functional partners, forecasting demand, resolving customer issues, and maintaining trade funding and retail execution for new product launches.

Serve as a finance business partner for Procurement, providing strategic decision support, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Lead supplier and sourcing financial analysis, identify and track cost savings, strengthen contract and spend governance, and support cash flow and working capital related to procurement and inventory. Coach junior finance staff and improve finance tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.

Lead domestic warehouse network planning and execution: forecast capacity, optimize storage and product movement, analyze inventory/distribution data, direct shipments, implement SAP/WMS processes, drive continuous improvement and technology adoption, and collaborate with site and supply chain leaders to meet service and cost objectives.
