As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate leads, conduct market research, track sales metrics, and nurture client relationships to drive growth in material handling solutions.

Builds market intelligence and strategic relationships across the Southeast to identify early-stage industrial automation opportunities. Monitors permits, job postings, lease transactions, and economic development announcements; qualifies leads, logs signals in CRM, maintains a pipeline of 20+ qualified opportunities, and coordinates warm handoffs to sales. Represents the company at industry events, co-hosts planning sessions, and partners with marketing on content. Requires frequent travel to customer sites.

Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, managing accounts and lease agreements, and collaborating with internal teams. Use CRM and forecasting to measure performance, deliver presentations, and maintain client relationships. Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve sales processes to meet revenue and profitability goals. Frequent travel to customer sites and occasional travel for meetings/conferences required.

Support sales and project teams for intralogistics automation (AGVs/AMRs). Create layouts, bills of material, quotes, site surveys, vendor coordination, demos, and technical coordination to ensure accurate installation and project delivery.

Drive lead generation and early-stage sales for intralogistics solutions in Texas through cold outreach, market research, event networking, CRM tracking, and collaboration with account teams to convert prospects into qualified meetings.

Sell Raymond West warehouse products and services within a defined territory, maintain accurate customer and equipment records, generate sales volume and gross profit, provide strong customer service, present proposals, and perform regular local travel to customer sites. Requires organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work off-hours and learn product offerings.
